Beyond my work experience ion collections I took the time to advance my skill-set is electronic communications; mainly in the area of content marketing. With that said, I have self-taught training in content marketing that grad-students yearn to have. And yes, in case you’re wondering, I’ve already hit the landmark of making money online; something that very few people have the knowledge to achieve, much less the hands on experience.
That said, my strengths are in creating online copy, rigging up automated marketing technologies, contributing to social media platforms, enhancing levels of authority on specific topics and building content centers that house authority content information.
I enjoy and I’m trained in telling stories through various media. I am the example of the first generation digital communication artists. I was part of the 90’s generation that was handed more-developed computer technologies and learned to use it

I’d say if there’s one thing I’ve learned how to do well its write words. Im not a professional by any means, however; I’m told I have a firm command of the English language. These days you need a guy that knows how to communicate well with words. And that my friend is what I do.
Maybe it’s because I’m a bit OCD, but I’m a guy that’s good at tracking anything and everything. From my own personal finances to creating data-driven dashboards as a credit manager, I’m exceptional as they come when it comes to accurate work. I’m not fond of errors being caught in my work. So I’m proactive and track most of what I do. I use things such as Microsoft Excel, physical calendars, notebooks, phone calendars and notebooks to keep up with my life. In addition, I know how derive my own personal goals, compound them into metrics. The job I have now was introduced to me as a wild, wild, west type of deal. But not any more. These days my job function has triggers and clear cut objectives.
As a credit manager, I stay on top of people. Let me explain. I politely and firmly at times give instruction to complete assistants and tasks. Whether getting a debter out of the hole or having an associate stay on target I stay with the request with phone calls, mailers, texts and emails. I’m somewhat of a bull dog to accomplish what I need to get done.

My Trade is “Creation”
Digital creation and custom artwork. What I do can be a little ambiguous. However, to hammer it down. I’m a communicator that’s exceptional with organization, writing, calculating and moving people to take action.
I write, I create blogs, I produce videos, I record sound and my natural talent is drawing. That said, I like to create and make things that are visually appealing, easy to ready. Since all I’ve ever done my entire life is be creative, I have more than 30 years of experience. Started out with a pen and pencil drawing fro my classmates in high school, moved on to a communications degree from VCU then started learning web design and online publishing.
The other side: when I graduated from VCU the job market was tanking so I ended up getting a job in debt collection. Did pretty well with it and it supported me and my wife up until now. Got so good at it I was offered an opportunity to build a small banking/ lending operation for a fast-growing franchise in Virginia.
I know how to set up a WordPress website turnkey. From domain registration, hosting set up to theme installation.
Although I have never been published, I know how to write nice articles. I have training in AP style hard news writing but prefer small articles up to 1200 words.
I have hands on experience with Camtasia, Imovie and Corel Movie tools. I can upload video files, edit them in simple fashion but do more sophisticated things such as animation. I have a small tie fighter video I can share with you
I use various sound procuring equipment: iPhone and blue yeti. I know how to use Garage band on Mac and audacity for PC. I know how to edit decent bits and pieces and I have a SoundCloud account that has several music files I’ve created by making samples, looping sound bites and layering tracks.
I know how to set up email tools such as autoresponders. I understand list building and how to segment audiences to isolate people with specific messages.

I use Excel in a daily basis and I create dashboards that help me track customer information. Familiar with pivot tables, sorts and many automatic restores including macros.
